Hello 2016! With every New Year comes new beginnings, a fresh start, new goals, and a new you. Some have lists of what they want to accomplish this year while others have just one or two. Today, we want to share with you some, if not all, of our goals and resolutions for this year. Let's not be afraid to sparkle a little more and shine a little brighter.

"More of You and Less of Me."  First and foremost, is giving my best in every aspect of my life to the One who gave me life. My Savior Jesus Christ. Realizing that this life of mine was never about me from the beginning, but has always been about fulfilling His purpose for me and in me. Giving more time to my loved ones is what I will strive for the most. Knowing that being in the present with family and friends as we do life together, capturing every moment all through the seasons, no matter how many peaks and valleys our journey will have this year, still we will make every moment beautiful and filled with joy. It is never about me but about us creating a great story together and making it amazing! Choose joy always because it is what makes this life worth learning. Nadia

"Let Kindness Rule."  I feel that this  world of ours often forget how it's like to be kind and how much impact being kind can make. I wish for our children to be able to grow, learn, travel and explore the world without fear. We have to continue to show kindness with everyone around us. We have to teach by example. If you have to choose, choose kindness always. The reward may be bigger than you could have ever imagined. Hazel

"Love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your mind." And ‘Love your neighbor as yourself.’(Matt 22:37,39). I believe if we do these two commandments, our lives would be more meaningful. (Now, don't start judging everything I do and say after reading this because after all I am a working progress 😉). In a time where instant gratification/freedom to do what we want and when we want has become the norm, I am challenging myself to be different. I want to be a much better person, a caring person, someone who does not put her needs in front of others and to be aware of my surroundings and opportunities to help those who are in need. Ultimately if I do the first, the second will follow because you can't do one and not the other. As I believe at the center of God's heart is love and grace. Zenia

"Listen and Trust God"  with all my heart in every aspect of my life to make it better and more fulfilled in 2016 and beyond. I will continue to keep my positive spirit with good heart intact. I will not allow negativity to steal my joy. I will give more of my time and my attention to the people around me (my family and friends) to show them that I love and value them so much and truly appreciate them that they are in my life. Elyn

"Life is more about the journey than the destination."  This year, I want to enjoy and find contentment in each journey, the ups and downs of life as it unfolds. Even when the going gets tough, I want to "always be joyful, never stop praying, and in everything, to give thanks"- ‭1 Thessalonians‬ ‭5:16-18‬. Miranda

Here's to the new year, and making new memories. Let's view our lives differently this year, above all do all things with LOVE and make it the best year yet!
